2025 Girls Program Registration

The Kingston Attack Organization  is pleased to introduce on-line registration for the upcoming Season.  To register online, please complete the registration form below answering all questions as best as possible. 

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Debit(visa) card.  We do not accept e-transfers.

At the end of the form, you will be directed to our Square payment page, follow the on screen prompts to complete the payment process.  A confirmation notice will display and be emailed to you after the payment process has been completed.
